This site is maintained by Ipsden Parish Council for and on behalf of villagers and visitors alike.

It is our aim to keep the overhead of maintaining this web site to a minimum and yet still ensure that the information is current and relevant.

Mission:
To provide for the exchange and dissemination of local information between residents, village organisations, groups and businesses, in a friendly, timely and cost-effective manner.

Objectives:
Provide up-to-date information on village events.
Offer facilities for feedback on the content as well as activities of interest to both residents and local business.
To support village activities whilst avoiding competition with existing village organisations.
To provide information on the activities and meetings of the Parish Council.
To achieve the above objectives with the minimum of maintenance. (Please remember that Parish Council work is unpaid and voluntary)

Security:
We will ensure that no unauthorised or offensive material is published - nothing can be posted to the web site without an authorised administrator of the web site approving it. This is a member of the Parish Council. We will endeavour to ensure that this approval process does not significantly delay the posting of timely information sent to us.
